A TALK ON CHANGE IN BUSINESS

When the familiar stops working.

How to change your approach when your usual methods no longer deliver results.

Wojciech Szewczykowski holding a microphone in front of an audience

You work harder. Tighten control. Push the team. Yet the results still do not come. What if the problem is not a lack of effort, but an approach that no longer fits reality?

Experience gives us an advantage. It can also tie us to solutions that worked in the past. The more we owe to earlier successes, the harder it can be to question our methods. In this talk, I ask how to recognise when persistence becomes the repetition of an ineffective pattern.

I draw on my experience in sales, management, running a business and working with teams in the training room. I talk about recognising ineffective patterns and finding new solutions when familiar methods no longer deliver results.

This talk is about questioning habits, testing new solutions and learning before we have certainty. It opens a conversation within the team: what still serves us, what are we doing out of habit and what is worth trying?
