TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS · AREA 04

Practical AI training
for business.

For employees and managers who want to simplify tasks and automate repetitive work.

AI training combines practical tool use with improving workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Employees and managers prepare their own materials, analyse documents and test useful applications. Depending on your needs, the workshop may also cover sales support, AI assistants and simple automation workflows. We agree on tools and access before the session.

01

Using AI tools in practice

Participants work directly with tools on tasks similar to their daily responsibilities. They draft content and correspondence, analyse documents, find information and prepare summaries, comparisons and presentations. Where relevant, we use tools for data, images, audio and video. We adapt the scope to the company's working environment and participants' access.

We practise providing context, writing prompts, using files and improving results. Participants learn to check information, assess whether answers are useful and protect company data. They work with materials prepared for the workshop and develop their own examples. They leave with a set of prompts, a method for checking quality and materials they can continue to develop at work.

02

Improving workflows with AI

We start with a task that takes too much time or needs frequent revision. Participants map the process, identify the information required and find unnecessary steps. They then design a simpler way to complete the task with AI support. Examples may include preparing a proposal, report, enquiry analysis, meeting or team instructions.

We test the approach on actual material, compare results and refine the process. We assess time, quality, completeness and revisions. Participants decide which stages require their judgement and which can use repeatable instructions or an assistant. They plan how to apply the improvement in their work and define criteria for judging its usefulness.

03

Process automation and AI assistants

This workshop helps participants move from isolated uses of AI to a structured process. They choose a repetitive task and define its starting point, inputs, rules, output and recipient. Examples include handling form submissions, preparing a report or organising information after a meeting. We distinguish steps with fixed rules from those where AI interpretation can help.

Within the agreed environment, we build and test a simple automation or assistant for a selected task. Participants define exceptions, approval points, data access rules and error checks. They test several cases, including incomplete or unusual ones. They prepare an implementation plan with a responsible person, an initial test scope and a review date.

WORKING WITH YOUR EXAMPLES

From training
to everyday work.

Before the session, we agree on participants' needs and the intended result. During the workshop, we analyse company situations, practise specific skills and refine solutions for use after training.

We can combine training with management consultations or support for the team during implementation. We adapt the scope and format to your situation.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Practical questions about training

How can we use AI in everyday business tasks?

We start with specific tasks: writing correspondence or a proposal, preparing a summary, comparing documents or producing meeting materials. Participants practise providing context, using files and improving responses. They check whether the result actually helps them complete the task and how much verification it needs.

What does AI training for managers cover?

Examples include organising information, preparing meetings, analysing materials, writing instructions and supporting team communication. Managers select tasks to test and agree on quality criteria. We also address rules for using data and responsibility for checking results.

Can we build an automation or AI assistant during the workshop?

Yes, where the agreed scope, available tools and permissions allow it. We choose a simple task and define inputs, rules, exceptions and the expected result. We then test the solution, identify where human approval is needed and agree how to handle errors.

How do we check AI answers and protect company data?

Participants compare answers with source materials, check the information provided and assess completeness. We agree on which data may be used in the selected tool under company policy. A person remains responsible for the material sent, the decision made and the customer relationship.
